The system that supports payments and billing is undergoing a technical update. This is taking longer than we expected. In the meantime, it may be showing an incorrect account balance for some accounts.
The distribution of monthly billing statements has been paused until the system update is complete. This will help prevent confusion regarding your current account balance.
Yes. Your account information is still safe and secure.
No. You will not be penalized while statements are paused. And no late fees will be applied to your next monthly statement.
Yes. You can still make a payment on the most recent statement you received. That statement will have the correct owed balance.
If your autopay is set for a specific amount, it will still pay this amount. If your autopay is based on the amount due, we will process 50% of the current account balance. This will help ensure you do not pay too much.
You will receive your monthly statement as you normally do once the system update is complete. The fastest way to receive your monthly statements is by email. You can enroll in paperless billing through your ExactCare online account: Go into the Account tab, choose Payments and Billing, and switch the toggle on next to Paperless Billing. Or you can call and we will enroll you over the phone.
If you do not review your online statement within three days of receipt, a paper one will be mailed to you and will be unenrolled from paperless billing.
The balance shown in your online account may not be accurate. Once the system update is complete, your account balance will update IF it is currently incorrect. Your next monthly statement will show the correct account balance.
The system update is taking longer than expected. We do expect it to be completed soon and are working with our third-party partner to identify timing. Your monthly statements will resume as soon as it is done.
