How Did We Get Your Contact Information?

If you did not provide us with your information directly, we are calling you on behalf of a person or organization.

Referrals are an important way for ExactCare to reach the people who need our services most. We receive referrals from caregivers, family members, doctors, nurses and aides, health insurance plans and other organizations across the country who provide health-related care and resources. Referrers ask us to contact you because they believe you may benefit from the types of medication management services that we offer.

We obtain HIPAA compliant contact information through these referrals and contractual partnerships for the purpose of informing you about our services. We do not share this information with third parties. The health care services we provide are available on a strictly voluntary basis. You are under no obligation to participate.

Opting Out of ExactCare Phone Calls
If you are not an ExactCare patient and would like to opt out of receiving phone calls from us, please call us at 1-877-355-7225 to do so. Please note that you cannot opt out of phone calls if you are on active service with us, as that is our primary means of communicating with you about your medications.

Why should I switch my pharmacy to ExactCare?

ExactCare provides an enhanced level of support that is unique to us and has your long-term wellbeing in mind. Each month, our pharmacy team reviews your medications and works with your doctors to ensure the medications you take are safer and more effective. Our goal is to get you on the path to better health, not just deliver your medications.

How much does it cost?

If your prescription insurance requires copayments, you will be responsible for the amount determined by your insurance plan. We don’t charge anything extra for our packaging, home delivery or clinical services.

Do you take my insurance?

ExactCare accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare Part D, Medicaid and private-pay insurance. We bill your insurance company directly, making the process as easy as possible for you.

Where do you get your medications?

We work with wholesalers who are based in the United States.

Do I have to sign a contract?

With ExactCare, there is no long-term commitment. You are not tied to any contract, and you can use our service for as little or as long as you would like.

Will my doctor work with you?

Many doctors encourage the use of ExactCare because our service helps their patients take their medication properly.
