Larry leads the development of new relationships in the payer market. This includes working with health plans to identify opportunities to utilize ExactCare to improve member adherence and key quality metrics—while enabling total cost of care savings to the plan. His experience includes working closely with Medicare, Medicaid, Dual-Eligible and Commercial insurance plans, as well as Medicare brokers.

Larry’s unique blend of experience well positions him to work with ExactCare’s payer-focused partners to design strategic programs to optimize their outcomes. Larry is a seasoned pharmacy professional and entrepreneur with a diverse range of experience that includes front-line pharmacy operations, product management, marketing, sales and strategic business development.

In 2012, Larry partnered with ExactCare’s founder, Dale Wollschleger, R.Ph., to establish a division of ExactCare in New Jersey called Farmapack. Under Larry’s leadership, the New Jersey pharmacy operated independently for several years, and in 2014, the two made the decision to bring Farmapack under the ExactCare brand name.
