Patient Care Pharmacy Technician

Provide Direct Patient Support

As a member of our patient care team, you will have the opportunity to make an impact on patients and caregivers as their main point of contact with ExactCare. This important role helps ensure patients receive the pharmacy support they need to stay healthier.

What Will You Do as a Patient Care Pharmacy Technician?

Support Patients

Provide exceptional service to patients who manage chronic conditions and take multiple daily medications. This includes answering questions about medications.

Process Prescriptions

Work with doctors and medical professionals to obtain patient prescriptions. Use multiple software programs to process prescriptions with speed and accuracy.

Maintain Patient Records

Manage personal and medical patient information with a strong attention to detail while following required privacy regulations.
