Aaron oversees critical aspects of our patient support services, pharmacy business operations, and strategic pharmacy process improvement initiatives. This includes leading the Patient Relations team and associated functions, including patient retention, patient assistance, billing and audits.

Aaron was one of the original pharmacists at ExactCare and helped establish the company’s foundation during its inception. This unique perspective equips him with an extensive-level of knowledge in ExactCare’s end-to-end processes and a deep-level of understanding of the types of patients we serve.

Aaron is a pharmacist with 25 years of hands-on industry experience. Prior to joining ExactCare in 2009, he directed pharmacy operations at a Fortune 40 Company where he led operational improvements at multiple locations. Aaron earned his BS in Pharmacy from The Ohio State University and is a licensed pharmacist in 22 states.
