ExactCare Response to United States Postal Service Delays

Cleveland (December 28, 2020) – ExactCare is committed to doing everything we can to ensure timely medication deliveries to our patients. Our top priority is and always will be providing the best possible care to our patients to help them live healthier at home.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is currently experiencing delivery delays across the country. ExactCare utilizes a variety of carriers to deliver medications to our patients, including the USPS.

Since the onset of the USPS delays, the ExactCare team has been working to proactively mitigate potential delivery delays and any resulting impact on our patients. This includes using alternate carriers, where possible, for faster delivery.

When we identify a medication delivery has been impacted by USPS delays, we are taking aggressive and proactive steps to help get patients’ medications to them as quickly as possible.

ExactCare continues to monitor this situation closely. We have begun using alternate delivery methods to help prevent future delays in deliveries.
