Marshall is nationally recognized as a healthcare executive and thought leader, drawing from 20 years of experience designing and implementing services across provider organizations, government and health plans.

As Chief Growth Officer, Marshall is responsible for Sales and Account Management with provider and health plan partners, cross-functional Marketing and Product Development, and Clinical Services that ensure an excellent new patient experience.

He has managed strategy and growth for a number of health care companies, including RowdMap (exit to Cotiviti) and NaviNet (exit to Lumeris).

Marshall is an Operating Advisor at Nautic Partners, a middle market private equity firm with depth across a variety of sectors including behavioral health, pharmacy, primary care and home health. He also serves as a Board Member of the Health Care Cost Institute and Crossroads Rhode Island.

He is a graduate of Providence College (BA English, Liberal Arts Honors) and completed the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management Greater Boston Executive Program.
