Justin is responsible for leading information technology and business intelligence at ExactCare. This includes oversight for ExactCare’s technology development and systems infrastructure, as well as strategic planning and execution for advancing the company’s usage of data and business intelligence to enhance services offerings, drive improved outcomes for clients, and enable better health for patients.

Justin’s extensive knowledge in the areas of data reporting and analytics include data governance, master data management, data engineering, machine learning, and data warehouse and platform development. Additionally, he has deep levels of expertise in business intelligence and IT that include pharmacy management system design; pharmacy data exchange standards; pharmacy reimbursement reconciliation and Agile software development lifecycle principles.

Prior to joining ExactCare, Justin spent five years in a senior leadership role with Kaiser Permanente, responsible for leading national data reporting and pharmacy analytics. Prior to his time at Kaiser, he worked in various leadership roles for PDX, Inc., a leading pharmacy software and healthcare solutions provider.
